Our complete plans include detailed architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and specifications to help ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
We begin by meeting with you to discuss your aesthetic preferences, lifestyle needs, goals, and wish-list items for each member of the family.
Phase 1: Concept Development
This phase includes project requirements, concept studies, site and footprint layouts, a preliminary floor plan, and an initial front elevation. Optional 3D renderings are also available.
Phase 2: Design Refinement
We refine the selected concept through collaborative feedback using meetings, email, phone calls, and screen shares until the design details are fully resolved.
Phase 3: Design Development & Pricing
At this stage, we provide the developed design and layout package needed for preliminary contractor and engineering pricing.
Phase 4: Final Construction Plans
Once pricing and financing are complete, we finalize all architectural details. This phase includes a final approval meeting, any necessary revisions, and delivery of printed plan sets and PDF files.
Even after plans are delivered, our designers remain available to assist throughout framing and construction.
Our final set of new construction plans may include the following:
Detailed site plan
Scaled floor plans for each desired floor level
Door and window schedules and details
Scaled front, rear and side elevation drawings
Detailed interior elevations (showing cabinets, built-ins, stairs, etc.)
Ceiling plans
Cross section showing wall assembly
Roof plan
Electrical/lighting plan
Lot placement
General construction notes
